9 Months Baby Developments

Climbing
At this stage, crawling is the most common of motor development for babies. This is very important when you having a baby, make sure you should install a safety fence on every single stairs, because this place will be a tremendous attraction for the little guy.

Your baby will be happy and feel challenged to climb the ladder and climbed onto the mattress. To do this, you need good coordination between the foot and both hands to pull himself up. But to descend the stairs, it could take several more months, because it is much harder than the climb.

Consider Your Home Security
At this stage, you should be more careful in managing your home anymore, because your baby will try to climb up the various furnishings of your home. If you put him to sleep in the crib, then make sure he can not climb out of bed, because he does not have sufficient capability to it.
Make sure your kitchen is safe for your baby, because this is a very interesting place for him to explore. With regard to the kitchen, here are some things that need your attention:

Lock your oven. Infants who have a high curiosity, could open it and play around with it

Avoid cooking while carrying your baby

Do not let the pot or pan on the stove with the handle / grip leads to the outside. Your baby can pull it when you are remiss

The key to any wardrobe that his reach, especially those that contain items that could be harmed, such as detergents, plastic bags, glassware, etc.
Conversely, to assist and support the exploration of your baby, here are some things you can do:

Provide pots, pans, glasses and utensils are safe for him, so he would love to play and explore with him

Provide a wooden spoon that can be used to banging pots. Notice how he holds the spoon in one hand and banging a pot with the other

Food
Babies at this age are usually able to determine what food she likes more than other foods. You may notice your baby is ravenously consuming one type of food and refuse other foods. Sometimes he may be playing with the food you provide, or even throw it to the floor.
If you are new parents and confused by this situation, it's good if you share with other parents who have more experience, who know they've got some tips that you can apply ...
One thing you need to consider relating to your baby's food is independence. At this stage, your child wishes to do everything themselves is increasing, including in terms of eating.
Another alternative is to provide safe food for the holding, known as finger food. To avoid choking hazard, as the initial stage you can give a very small piece of food and soft, which could easily be destroyed in his mouth. Usually fruit or steamed vegetables, perfect for this.
Another reason that can cause your baby to eat is hard texture of the food you provide. Therefore, most experts recommend to start switching to a more solid foods, so that your baby is accustomed to the foods with different textures and begin to adjust to consume a wide variety of foods.

He also began to use his fingers to squeeze certain parts of the toy and will continue to investigate a variety of objects or a small room with his fingers.

Pointing & Reach
Some babies have started to point towards objects. They use their fingers to communicate with you and ask about these objects. Your baby may be pointing toward an object, looking up at you and make a sound. At this time, actually he was asking you, "What is the name of that stuff? May notheld and played? "

If you look for things that hold your baby and fell away from her, do not be "tempted" to get it for him. Objects that attract attention and are beyond its reach, it could be a "provocation" is good to stimulate your baby moving.
Take a look at your baby's reactions and his efforts to achieve the object is ... Will he roll over? Is he going directly attacking him?
If your baby is getting annoyed because he could not reach the object, then you should put the object where it can be affordable by him if he stretched. When he managed to pick it up, give praise and say the name of the object is clearly several times and put him or the movement of your mouth at the time.
Crawling & Standing
Your baby may begin to try to stand alone, by way of clinging to the table or chair and then lifted his body. This capability not only requires strong legs, but your baby should also be able to find a way to bend the knee. And you know this is not easy for the little guy!

7 Months Developments Baby

Babies at this age usually can sit up and he would rather spend his days in this position. Even the most seven-month old baby can sit up without sustained at all
However, you still have to watch him well when he sat down, because sometimes he will lose his balance and fell to the floor. It is better if he was seated in a somewhat soft but solid, or you can also put the pillows behind him just in case.

If he sees interesting objects that are within his reach, he will try to achieve it. Even if he were in a sitting position, then he'll start his body tipped forward. The next stage, he would kneel while leaning with both hands. This development is progressing very well and will be "capital" for the baby to crawl.
Baby Can Not Crawling? No Need to Worry ...
You need to know, experts consider that "crawl" itself is NOT an achievement that must be passed by each infant. So, do not be surprised if there are babies who can walk WITHOUT were previously able to crawl first. Such babies skip crawling phase. Even some there is also a new baby can crawl by the age of 1 year.
Which is an achievement is to see objects that are beyond the reach of the baby and trying to get it. If your baby is already showing "symptoms" of this, it means he is improving cognitive and motor development.
In an attempt to take things that are beyond the reach, the baby may be crawling on their bellies, some that while in a sitting position sidled over his butt over to the object before, some are crawling, there is even a small baby who tried to stand upright and running to try to retrieve the object. All this can happen at the age of 7 months ...
Secure Your Home
Because at this stage of your baby normally already have a high mobility and has begun to 'reaching' round the house, then make sure you make your house safe for her. Among the things you can do:
- Close the socket may be covered by your baby
- Cover the sharp edges found on the furniture in your home that can be reached by it
- Note if there is a section of damaged furniture that could harm
- Give a short fence in the mouth a kind of ladder that is in your home

Nervousness Facing Foreigners
At age range 6-12 months, babies will usually cause a negative reaction when meeting with strangers. This condition can be known as the Stranger Anxiety. Normally he would be cranky, acting, or even cry if he met with people who do not know. This is a normal process, because at this age babies have started to become familiar with anyone who are close to him and who does not.
If your baby suddenly cried when I meet with people who are strangers to him, then you do not need to scold. There are even some parents who "blame" her baby to tell that person, "Oops, sorry yes ma'am ... he loves to act if Halsa meet new people!". This is an approach that is not quite right you know!
You should do is entertain your baby. You could say, "Halsa, it's my Uncle ... Uncle Ahmad Ahmad once met with Halsa want ...". If he still does not close, then do not be forced. Later, by looking at your familiarity with "the stranger", your baby will feel safe in his presence.
Difficult Separated
Babies at this stage also begun to "sticky" with his mother and the hard part. How to overcome this is to foster a sense of security and trust of the baby on the people near you. If he had started close to the aunt, for example, then you try to leave them for a while. However, make sure you "goodbye" to the child first. Never sneak away without telling your baby. Thus, you train your baby to have confidence.
Lastly, remember ... every baby has a UNIQUE development - including your baby! If your baby turns its development at this age is not exactly what we described above, then do not rush to panic ... Unless you really feel that very, very slow progress and begin to worry, we advise you to consult with your Pediatrician ...

At the end of this stage, most babies have started to lift her head and tried to look around the room.
If your baby is happy, then he will make a variety of responses, such as looking at your face, trying to grab you with his hands, smiling and babbling.
Conversely, if he is upset, then the response is made, among others, turned his face away from you, crying, struggling, and breathing rapidly.
